Order Types
Synthwav Trade supports Market, Limit, Stop Loss, and DCA. Market swaps exchange assets immediately after you review and sign. The other types let you sign trading conditions in advance using the WARs order contract.
An alert only notifies you. An order deposits funds into a contract that can execute trades under the conditions you approve.
Availability and supported pairs
Connect your wallet and open Trade. Available order types appear above the trade form. Availability depends on the enabled features, your wallet's access, the selected Trade mode, and the supported token route. Lite mode can also show orders when enabled.
Limit, Stop Loss, and DCA require SUPRA on one side and a supported fungible-asset token on the other. Stop Loss additionally requires an approved stop-loss route. If the pair or route is unavailable, its order fields are disabled. Being able to make a Market swap does not guarantee that every order type supports that token.
Limit
A Limit order sets the price condition for a buy or sell.
- Select Limit and choose Sell or Buy.
- Enter the amount to spend: the selected token for a sell, or SUPRA for a buy.
- Set the target price per token. Prices use SUPRA, or USD when that option is available.
- Choose an expiry: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year.
- Select Review Order, check the terms, then confirm in your wallet.
The review shows minimum received, fees, and any refundable sell deposit. If the current WARs reference already satisfies the target, the interface warns that the order may execute immediately. A chart price can differ from the executable WARs route price.
Stop Loss
A Stop Loss is a sell order with a trigger and a lowest accepted price below that trigger.
- Select Stop Loss and the token to sell.
- Enter the token amount and trigger price per token.
- Choose an expiry.
- Choose the Lowest accepted price below trigger from the available percentage options.
- Review the trigger, lowest accepted price, minimum received, and fees before signing.
For example, a 3% option sets the lowest accepted price 3% below your trigger. It does not guarantee a fill at the trigger price. The WARs stop-loss mechanism requires two trigger checks, and execution still depends on available routes and liquidity. A rapid price drop can leave an order unfilled.
DCA
DCA divides a SUPRA budget into scheduled buys of the selected token.
- Select DCA and choose the token to buy.
- Enter the Total budget (SUPRA).
- Set the Maximum price per buy.
- Choose 2–365 buys, using the number field or the 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 presets.
- Choose Hour, Day, or Week under Buy Every.
- Review the schedule, minimum received per buy, and fees per buy before signing.
The minimum order requirement applies to each buy, not just the total budget. The price cap, available liquidity, and contract conditions affect execution; a schedule is not a promise that every buy fills at an exact time. Unused remainder is returned on closure.
Review, fees, and signing
The review shows the applicable WARs fee, Synthwav fee, total fees, minimum received, and any refundable sell deposit. DCA fees apply to each buy. Network gas is additional. Use the current values in your review rather than assuming a fixed rate or minimum from an earlier order.
Sell fees depend on the actual fill. When USD pricing is enabled, a fresh oracle price is required; stale data blocks preparation. Values marked as estimates can change with the applicable route, oracle, and execution conditions.
Before signing, acknowledge that funds are held by the WARs order contract, with the contract risks stated in the review. Synthwav rechecks the current settings and terms before opening your wallet. If the terms change, review them again before confirming.
An order is placed only after its transaction succeeds on-chain. If confirmation is pending, check My Orders and the transaction before submitting again. Closing the browser does not cancel an on-chain order.
My Orders
Open My Orders in the Trade data panel. It shows the connected wallet's supported WARs orders across tokens, rather than only orders for the token currently displayed on the chart.
- Use Open / Past to switch between active and closed records.
- Use the Order types multi-select to include Limit, Stop Loss, and DCA.
- Inspect the pair, deposit, received and remaining amounts, progress, and status.
- Select the View details icon for creation and expiry dates, schedule information, minimum received, fees, and refundable deposit.
- Use pagination when more records are available.
Only the connected order owner can cancel or refund that order.
Cancel or refund an order
For an open order, select the Cancel order icon, review the confirmation, and sign in your wallet. An expired order that is still open can offer Refund expired order instead. Unspent funds return to the order owner; network gas applies. Cancellation does not reverse trades that have already filled, and an order can close before your cancellation confirms.
Troubleshooting
- Order types are missing: connect your wallet and check whether the feature is available in your current mode and for your wallet.
- No approved route: select a supported SUPRA/token pair. Stop-loss support is separate from Market route availability.
- Below the minimum: increase the amount; for DCA, check the budget divided across all buys.
- USD oracle is stale: wait for fresh data or use the available SUPRA price unit.
- Order remains open: price conditions alone do not guarantee a fill. Check its route, remaining amount, expiry, and details.
- Transaction is pending: inspect My Orders and the transaction before trying again.
